Automobili Lamborghini opened yesterday its newest dealership, Lamborghini Centro Milano. The launch was attended by Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.
The showroom?s owners, the Conforti family (Touring Auto), already own Lamborghini Padova and have been selected as commercial partner of choice in the important Milanese area because of their thorough knowledge of the luxury car sector and professionalism.

Lamborghini Centro Milano features futuristic exteriors, designed by Dante O. Benini & Partners Architects. The dealership?s fascia is inspired by the Lamborghini Gallardo?s front air intake for maximum visual impact.
To the delight of the House of the Raging Bull?s fans, the new dealership offers the entire range of Lamborghini products: the Murciélago and Gallardo series, including the latter?s top model, the new Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera which was introduced at Geneva last March. Weighing just 1,340 kg, thanks to its carbon fiber components, the LP 570-4 Superleggera is the lightest road-going Lamborghini model and a new benchmark in the supercar market segment.
Lamborghini Centro Milano?s launch is part of a broader plan to strengthen the brand?s sales network, not only in the Milan area but also in Italy, which is of strategic importance as Lamborghini?s homeland and one of the most important markets worldwide.
The number of Lamborghini outlets in Italy grows to nine, including the latest showroom: apart from Milan, there is one in Bergamo, Padova, Bologna, Florence, Rome, Bari and Pescara. Lamborghini has 124 dealerships altogether in 45 countries worldwide.

An exciting tour around Milan centre in some ten Lamborghini super sportscars took place before the official opening, eliciting admiring glances. After their return and a press conference, the guests were treated to a welcome cocktail and the sight of Lamborghini?s latest models on show.
During the press conference, Stephan Winkelmann, President and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., announced the completion of a new Advanced Composites Research Center (ACRC) in Sant?Agata Bolognese. The research and results achieved by the ACRC make Lamborghini a worldwide leader in the use of carbon fiber composite technology, a major leap forward compared to methods used until now.
An all-new, highly efficient production process for extremely complex carbon fiber structures has been developed. Thanks to the ?RTM light? process, Lamborghini is able to use minimal pressure and relatively low temperatures to manufacture carbon fiber components of the highest quality, precision and finish, from small parts to complex vehicle structures.
Further benefits include lower costs, higher processing speed and lighter tooling. This new procedure hails a breakthrough into the next generation of innovative carbon fiber technology.
« The constant development in carbon fiber technology is a key element of our future strategy, » says Stephan Winkelmann. « The most important parameter for super sportscars is, now as in the future, the weight-to-power ratio; therefore, as there is a limit to power increase due to emission regulations, we must work on weight reduction. Extensive use of carbon fiber, even at structural level, allows Lamborghini to be at the forefront of development techniques. The real difference is in the correct use of technologies and materials to satisfy technical and financial concerns. This is what the Center is all about.»

Décès de Nicolas Hayek - Le "Gallardo Supertrofeo" en Deuil
Nicolas Hayek, le père de la Swatch, la célèbre montre en plastique suisse, est décédé lundi d'un arrêt cardiaque dans son bureau, au siège du groupe qu'il a hissé au rang de numéro un mondial de l'horlogerie.
Cet homme au caractère bien trempé est considéré comme l'un des plus grands entrepreneurs du monde, au même titre qu'un Steve Jobs, un Bill Gates ou un Ingvar Kamprad, le fondateur d'Ikea. En effet, Nicolas Hayek est à l'origine du concept de la montre à bas prix qui a abouti à la création de la Swatch, cette montre en plastique au design coloré, sans cesse renouvelé, qui a révolutionné le monde de l'horlogerie helvétique et, surtout lui a donné un second souffle au début des années 1980.
Outre la gamme des montres abordables et fantaisistes à laquelle se sont ajoutés récemment les bijoux, le groupe compte également des marques très prestigieuses telles qu'Omega, Breguet, Tissot et Blancpain.
Un éclectisme à l'image de l'homme à la carrure solide et qui a fait sa gloire.
M. Hayek «est considéré à juste titre comme un entrepreneur pionnier de ce pays», a insisté son groupe.
De fait, celui qui se montrait volontiers frondeur contre le monde de la finance et de la Bourse était une figure emblématique de l'horlogerie suisse et l'un des dirigeants helvétiques les plus connus et appréciés au monde.
«Faiseur d'idées»
Les réactions se sont multipliées dans la Confédération pour rendre hommage à l'homme qui s'est vu décerner de nombreuses distinctions tout au long de sa carrière, telle que celle d'Officier de la Légion d'honneur, ou de Commandeur de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
Le patron du groupe Hublot, Jean-Claude Biver, a également salué «un faiseur» d'idées, éternel optimiste qui était également dur en affaires.

Lamborghini St. Moritz 2010 Over 100 Lamborghini cars past and present, and their drivers, gathered in Switzerland this weekend, 18 to 20 June, in a dynamic celebration of the marque. Owners from across the world joined ?Lamborghini St. Moritz 2010?, supported by Lamborghini dealerships and clubs, to celebrate the House of the Raging Bull with a driving programme that included a route through the scenic Julierpass and Fluelapass to Davos. Among the guests of honour was a Lamborghini Gallardo police car, provided by the Polizia di Stato (Italian State Police), which joined the rally of cars and international guests from countries including Italy, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, France and as far afield as India and Hong Kong. Bystanders and guests were thrilled by the sound, colour and presence of the 100-plus Lamborghini cars in the mountains. At least one of every current Lamborghini model was present, including the most recently launched Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera that led the road tour in convoy out of St. Moritz. This ?super light? V10 Gallardo was first shown at Geneva Auto Salon earlier this year: 70 kg lighter than the already lean Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration of 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 325 km/h. A number of historical models were also in attendance, including the very special Lamborghini Miura Jota from the 1973 in stunning red Rosso Granada, and one of the earliest cars joining the event: a Lamborghini Jalpa from the 1980s.   d'autres photos , un clic sur l'image:

Aider les enfants, surtout les plus vulnérables, ainsi que les veuves ou les femmes qui doivent travailler hors de leur foyer, en permettant aux petits enfants projetés dans la rue et livrés à eux-mêmes d'avoir un lieu où ils seront accueillis et suivis physiquement (Santé, nutrition) et moralement (compréhension) et où on leur enseigne des principes d'éducations de base, ainsi que la langue dans laquelle ils seront ensuite scolarisés, et qui n'est généralement pas celle qu'ils parlent à la maison.
